The parking & transportation office is responsible for the registration of student, faculty, staff and visitor vehicles, the maintaining university vehicles, administrating all vehicle request, and maintains all records pertaining to parking citations, applications, appeals, and payment. The Department of Safety & Security publishes the campus parking, all parking regulations and policy are found within this guide, click below to download a copy. Hardcopies can be obtained at each residential hall, student life center, and the office of safety & security.

The Office of Safety & Security provides shuttle service from Mon-Fri from 6am to midnight. After midnight, students may request a security escort by calling the security dispatch center at 305-892-7011. Scheduled times and requests are subject to change during inclement weather conditions.

• Fly-in transportation is provided by the Office of Admissions.
• Holiday transportation will be provided only on Fri, Dec 21 to FLL and MIA Airports, and Greyhound Bus Station (North Miami only).

The buses will depart promptly from the curb in front of University Center at the times listed below.

6am – Ft. Lauderdale and Miami airports
10am – Greyhound Bus Station (North Miami only)
Noon – Ft. Lauderdale and Miami airports

To make a shuttle reservation, please sign up at the Office of Safety & Security or contact  Irena Misheva at Irena.Misheva@jwu.edu (305) 892-7604 or (305) 892-7011. Reservations must be made by Friday, December 7. When planning your transportation, remember that you should be at the airport at least two hours before your departure time. Please have your flight information (airport, airline and flight number) available when you call.
