FITNESS PROGRAMS
The goal of this department is to help students improve their overall wellness
through a multidimensional approach including physical fitness and health
education programs, and non-competitive recreational activities, all conducted
in a supportive environment. The University employs staff trained in exercise
physiology, strength, conditioning, and athletic training.

Both facilities have state of the art exercise machines, stairmasters, biocycles,
windracers, rowing machines, ergometer, gravitron, free weights, pyramid
and nautilus machines.

Programs, Body Composition Analysis, Strength Training, Physical
Fitness Testing, Nutritional Analysis, Physical Fitness Assessments,
Life Saving, and Stress Relief Days.
