Parking permits are handled by Campus Safety & Security for day school students. Students (resident and commuter) who plan to bring a vehicle on University property must register their vehicle with Safety & Security upon arrival.

parking procedure for snow removal In the event of impending
snowfall the following procedure will be adhered to at all culinary parking lots.
1. Security will notify all residence halls to notify students to park in the
South & Commuter lots. This is for East, West, South, Hospitality, and others
parking in culinary from other residence halls.
2. Once the Hac lot and North lot are plowed, students will be notified to move
their vehicles to these lots.
3. As the lots are plowed the residence halls (including Hospitality) will be
notified by security to have vehicles return to original parking lots.
renaissance lot
1. Security will notify residence hall staff to have all vehicles removed from
the top parking area.
2. Once vehicles are removed residence hall staff will notify Security.
3. Security will then notify grounds to plow the lot.
4. After clearing the top level students will be notified by residence hall staff
to follow the same procedures for the other levels.
edmund lot
1. Residence hall staff will be notified by security to have vehicles removed
from the main lot to the rear lot.
2. When the lot is plowed residence hall staff will be notified by Security to
have students clear out the rear lot for plowing and to utilize the main lot.
3. Once plowing is completed students will be allowed to return their vehicles
to the rear lot.
