    In our, students from a wide spectrum of hospitality majors learn how to conduct professional flavor profiles and pair foods with different types of beverages, from coffees and teas to wines and liqueurs.

    “This is a core class for Restaurant, Food and Beverage Management students,” says instructor Mike Sabitoni. “But it’s useful for just about everyone — especially students who want to go into event planning.”
