Things to See & Do

JWU’s campuses are located in four great cities, each uniquely different. No matter what kind of geographic lifestyle you’re looking for, there’s a campus that’s right for you.

Providence, Rhode Island
Providence is a fast-paced urban center with the highest concentration of college students per capita. With its thriving music and arts community, a diverse food scene, professional sports teams, museums, funky neighborhoods and access to 400 miles of nearby coastline, the city offers big-city sophistication on a welcoming scale.

North Miami, Florida
With its blend of sun, sand, commerce and culture, the North Miami Campus is ideally situated between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. With its mix of outdoor adventure and professional sports, hip neighborhoods and global cuisine, and a diverse cultural scene including dance, opera, theater and museums, there’s always something to see and do in South Florida.

Denver, Colorado
Located within reach of the Rocky Mountains, the Denver Campus offers the perfect mix of urban adventure and year-round outdoor sports and recreation. The Mile High City offers 300 days of sunshine a year, as well as a mix of funky neighborhoods and restaurants, professional sports teams and stadiums, and an active music, arts and cultural scene.

Charlotte, North Carolina
With its sunny, temperate climate and relaxed pace, The Queen City of Charlotte balances Southern and metropolitan appeal, and is often voted among the best cities in America to live. JWU’s newest campus is in the heart of this booming gateway city and its flourishing sports, arts and restaurant scenes.
