TUITION & FEES—Summer May 4, payment deadline

Please contact us to discuss in detail your charges for summer tuition, fees and room & board, and to discuss your eligible aid. If you are interested in summer study abroad programs, please contact the International Center for more information.

Note: not all campuses offer summer courses; summer is an optional term. Review summer web registration dates.

undergraduate day students
- Undergraduate day students who enroll for the summer term will be assessed their traditional tuition rate in addition to a $100 General Fee.
- For example, if a student's current tuition rate is $19,875, then that student's base charge for the summer term is $6,625 (19,875 divided by 3).
- Students who register 12.0 credits or more will be charged full tuition; therefore, in this instance, it is in the student's best financial interest to register up to the maximum 20.5 credits allowed during a term.
- Students who register fewer than 12.0 credits will be charged a percentage of their tuition charge.

continuing education & graduate school students
- Continuing Education and Graduate School students will be charged according to published tuition and fees.

financial aid
- In order to be eligible for any financial aid, students must register a minimum of 6.0 credits.
- Additionally, students registered for 12.0 credits or more may be eligible for available merit scholarships based on eligibility requiremetns.
- Students interested in using a portion of their current year financial aid (if eligible) must complete the Summer Application for Financial Aid in Student Financial Services as well as the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the next academic year.
- Eligibility for summer financial aid is based on the student's continuing enrollment for the next academic year. (In compliance with federal guidelines, J&W students are able to apply aid for a maximum of 3 terms during an academic year; the summer term is an optional 4th term.)
