Once you depart from Johnson & Wales University, your student loans will enter
their grace period (six months for Stafford and nine months for both the Perkins
and Achievement loans) and then repayment will begin.

if you do not receive information contact your lender immediately. Your first invoice/repayment coupons will be mailed to you approximately one month prior to your first payment. A payment is due regardless of your receipt of invoice/coupons. Delinquency can affect your credit rating.
to change the address on your loan account please contact all your lenders. To change your name or social security number official documentation is required. Please mail proper documentation indicating the change (from-to) to all your lenders.
J&W-SFS LOAN BILLING DEPARTMENT
If you borrowed from the Perkins/Achievement Loan programs while attending the
University, the SFS Loan Billing Department will be the servicer for those loans.
• A supply of payment coupons is mailed the month before repayment begins.
Payments are due by the fifteenth of every month.
