In addition to the Financial Aid award granted once you have completed your FAFSA,
there are other resources available for obtaining funds to help make your education
more affordable. Our Admissions office offers many different scholarships you may apply for, or
may be automatically eligible for upon acceptance to JWU.

Winning a scholarship is a great resume builder and success. Many organizations
offer scholarships, including, but not limited to the following.
- State and Local Governments/Agencies (i.e. in-state or
major-specific incentive)
- Employers, your parent's employer
- Civic Groups & Clubs (i.e. Lions Club, Rotary Club,
Elks Club)
- Check your state's higher education agency
- Incoming or potential freshmen are encouraged to check with their high school guidance counselors and school libraries for additional scholarship information
