Participants in this highly competitive program are employed throughout the University working closely with faculty and staff members in advancing the services and operations of Johnson & Wales University. Students earn wages while gaining valuable work experience, and may be eligible for a scholarship associated with the scope of the position's responsibility.

Eligibility requirements are as follows:
• full-time student status in undergraduate day or graduate school
• 2.50 minimum GPA (first term enrolled students can apply. They must demonstrate at least a 2.50 GPA at the completion of their first term); 3.00 for graduate students.

a department has hired me as a student employee. what do I need to do now? Complete the appropriate student employment program paperwork with the hiring supervisor. Report to your campus' student employment representative, upon being offered employment, to complete employee new hire paperwork. Employee paperwork includes the I-9 form, federal and state tax forms, and equal employment opportunity data sheet.
