Sports and fitness at JWU means everything from face-offs on fields, rinks and courts—intercollegiate NCAA Division III, ECAC, GNAC and NAIA—to aerobics, weight training, karate, kick boxing, yoga and more at the fitness center. Programs vary by campus and feature a range of varsity team sports, intra/extramurals and club sports, as well as fitness classes, activities in fully equipped gyms and organized outdoor adventure trips.
