Become a Legacy Family

Johnson & Wales University graduates know their experience wasn’t just educational — it was a personal and professional journey that was shaped by a strong sense of belonging and pride. That journey is woven into the history of the university, and continues on as current and future students aspire to achieve the successes of those who came before them. Children or siblings of JWU graduates can follow in those footsteps and attend JWU, receiving the same life-changing opportunities and are eligible for a $4,000 renewable scholarship.

Feature Story: Dining Hall Encounter Leads to Love, Family and a JWU Legacy

When Sydney Corbin was looking at colleges, she looked at JWU "largely because it was famous in my household," she says. After visiting, though, her mom and dad, who were amazed at JWU's evolution since they met at the Providence Campus in the late-'90s, let Sydney make her own decisions about next steps. Now a Media & Communication Studies student, Sydney aims to blaze her own trail.
