Denver Accepted Student Events

REGISTER FOR AN EVENT

You’ve done the hard work, now it’s time to celebrate. Please join us for a day or weekend celebration and see why it’s great to be a Wildcat. Each event will include a celebratory meal, as well as an opportunity to meet other Wildcats, your future faculty and staff.

ACCEPTED STUDENTS DAY

Enjoy a celebratory lunch hosted by President Richard Wiscott followed by an opportunity to get your questions answered while attending breakout sessions with current JWU students, faculty, staff and JWU alumni. After the breakout sessions, join us for a Wildcat send-off in the Atrium and end the day with a sweet treat and some exciting giveaways.

ACCEPTED STUDENTS WEEKEND

Join us for the full Wildcat experience! Spend two nights on campus participating in student activities, touring campus, exploring Denver and meeting faculty and students. CAMPUS INFORMATION

Denver campus image
The campus is only a 10 minute drive from downtown and a 25 minute drive to the base of the Rockies. With 300 days a year of sunshine, you can take advantage of nearby skiing, climbing, or hiking opportunities; or explore trendy boutiques and art galleries, head to a show at Red Rocks Amphitheatre, or take in a game from one of Denver’s seven professional sports teams. A designated historic landmark, the newly renovated Centennial Hall could easily be mistaken for a castle, though it’s actually home to classrooms, student activity spaces, and a large auditorium, among other things. Even though we’re located minutes from downtown Denver, the architecture and greenspace of the JWU campus makes it seem worlds away.
