Stacy Kolbash's background is in food and nutrition; she loves food and the physiology of how it impacts our bodies and health. After earning her bachelor’s degree in dietetics from Ohio University (Athens, Ohio), she became a Registered Dietitian (RD), which aligns with her passion for food and optimal health.

Kolbash began her career at Duke Diet & Fitness Center in Durham, North Carolina, specializing in adult weight management, and later returned to Ohio University to complete her master’s degree in food and nutrition.

Prior to her position at JWU, Kolbash was the lead dietitian for a pediatric obesity program at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, specializing in childhood feeding and behavior modification.
