Bio

A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Catherine Rabb opened her first restaurant shortly after graduating, and spent 20 years in the restaurant business as chef and owner of three restaurants and a large catering operation. She still owns and operates a restaurant today. In 2005, she joined the faculty of Johnson & Wales University, and had the pleasure of teaching the first classes offered on the new campus. Currently, Rabb's teaching focus is on beverages, particularly wine and spirits. She attempts to share her real world experience in the industry with students, as well as her passion for the topic she teaches.
