Bio

I am a science-driven Chef with more than twenty years of experience in the food and beverage industry, both front and back of the house. My experience includes catering, casual, fine dining and hotel environments in Puerto Rico, Saipan, St. Thomas USVI, Florida, Maryland, Mississippi and Boston USA. I am very passionate about science and experimentation in the kitchen, which is why I love teaching 'The Science of Cooking and Sensory Analysis'. I have a Masters in Culinary Innovation and Food Product Development from Dublin Institute of Technology in Ireland. I have also trained in San Sebastian Spain with research and development chefs at the Basque Culinary Center. As an alumni '03 it is an honor to teach and inspire students in our Charlotte Campus.
