Bio

After working in the food service industry for 20 years in a variety of roles, such as private yacht crew, food stylist for television commercials, gourmet food sales, pastry chef, cake designer and caterer, I came to Johnson & Wales as a chef instructor. Thrilled to share my passion for every aspect of the hospitality industry, my role here balances the rigor of our academic excellence with the skills associated with the craft of pastry.
