Bio

Chef Kark’s food philosophy is defined by her appreciation of the culinary experience and her appetite for humanitarian growth. At the core of her beliefs sits a spirit for making meaningful connections around the table and inspiring cooks to nourish body and soul through a home-cooked meal.

As a 19-year culinary connoisseur, Chef Kark shares her kitchen vigor and prowess with amateur home cooks, seasoned chefs and everyone in between. As a skilled chef and trained educator, you can find her cultivating culinary skills as a professor at JWU, on television news programs, leading courses at several local schools and serving as a nutritious cooking and eating consultant to health and wellness organizations.

Kark also appears behind the camera and in the kitchen in her very own DVD series, “KitchenCUE,” which helps home cooks hone the fundamentals of food preparation and presentation through a simple, step-based approach. This unique approach has earned the series national recognition in a variety of publications, including O Magazine.

She is dedicated to sharing her philosophy of making meaningful connections with family and friends around the table, inspiring cooks to nourish body and soul over a home cooked meal and cultivating a new generation of culinarians passionate about the industry and enthusiastic to contribute to it.
