Bio

Christopher Heath Stone serves as the chair of the College of Culinary Arts. He has been at JWU’s Denver Campus for 17 years, since the campus opened.

Chef Stone teaches a variety of classes, from French classical to culinary foundations. He is also an active member of the American Culinary Federation (ACF).

Stone has written on cheese-making for Chef Educator Today and presented at major food conferences, including the 2006 Food Safety Education Conference (Denver, Colorado), the Colorado Wine Fest and the 2006 ProStart Competition.
