Bio

I am a Pastry Chef Instructor at JWU’s Providence Campus. I have taught at this institution for 21 years. I currently teach freshman and sophomores the art of sugar artistry, chocolates and confections and advanced plated desserts. My passion is sharing my wealth of knowledge with my students and interacting with them on a daily basis.

I was recently awarded a BA in Culinary Arts and hold an associate degree from the Culinary Institute of America. I  strive to improve myself by focusing on professional development via conferences and classes.

In relation to my professional career, I have been fortunate to work for prestigious hotels, including Loews Monte Carlo; the Four Seasons Biltmore Hotel in Santa Barbara, Calif.; the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Amelia Island, Florida; the Hotel Saint Francis, San Francisco, Calif., and the Registry Hotel at Universal Studios, Los Angeles.
