Bio

I have a bachelor’s degree in Management from Johnson & Wales, and a Master of Arts in Teaching in Culinary Education from Johnson & Wales. I have almost 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry managing all areas of the restaurant including  bar, dining room and kitchen. I teach Beverage and Dining Service classes. I have been teaching at Johnson & Wales since 2012.
