Bio

Mary Bodensiek has a bachelor’s degree in Management from Johnson & Wales, and a Master of Arts in Teaching in Culinary Education from Johnson & Wales. She has almost 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry managing all areas, including bar, dining room and kitchen. Bodensiek teaches beverage and dining service classes. She has been teaching at Johnson & Wales since 2012.
