Bio

Eldad Boker has been with JWU since 1986. He teaches a variety of courses in the College of Hospitality Management.

Boker's educational background includes degrees in Business Administration and Higher Education, with a focus on Tourism and Human Resource Development. His highest educational degree is a Ed.D. from GWU.

Boker has traveled to 67 countries; he enjoys and learns from each of the destinations he has visited.

He developed and ran many summer abroad programs at JWU, as well as spring break abroad programs. Boker has been responsible for the development of seven B.A.-level courses on his own and three B.A. courses working in conjunction with two other faculty members. He developed an M.S. program in Tourism and Economic Development and created 10 courses as part of the new M.S. program.

Boker loves the encounters with students and the ability to have an impact on their intellectual development.
