Bio

I possess 30 years of professional management and leadership experience administering a complex range of academic and administrative programs in higher education. 

I hold  graduate degrees (masters and doctoral) in Business Education.  

My university academic and administrative experience invloves the administration, supervision, guidance and advising of undergraduate, graduate, continuing education and doctoral students in the fields of business and education. I have taught at the undergraduate, masters and doctoral levels and have supervised master’s thesis and doctoral level students. 

I have also served as an academic department chairperson for the departments of Business Teacher Education and the Department of Accountancy and Finance. 

As dean of the College of Business I am extremely passionate about helping my department chairpersons and their faculty members create and support a high level and motivating work environment that fosters high performance and employee and student satisfaction. 

In all facets of the College of Business, as dean, I have emphasized a philosophy of hands-on real-world learning and experiences which emphasize industry relevancy in the delivery of the curriculum. The primary goal of the College of Business is to prepare our graduates to assume future leadership positions in our ever-changing global society.
