As a professor of social sciences, my love for understanding people, culture and society stems from a wide range of experiences, including domestic and international travel.”

Christine Stamm's love for teaching is influenced by a variety of people she has met while growing up in New Hampshire in her early years, as well as time spent as an adult living and working in Rhode Island, Colorado and Massachusetts. As a professor of social sciences, Stamm's love for understanding people, culture and society stems from these varied experiences, as well as opportunities to travel domestically and internationally for both work and pleasure.

These rich life experiences, combined with her formal education, have heavily influenced the way Stamm develops curriculum, interacts with students, and strives to help them make sense of the world both in and outside the classroom.
