Bio

Brian Warrener's areas of scholarly interest include food and beverage operations and service management theory and practice. He began his career in the hospitality industry in 1985 and has had more than 15 years experience as a property general manager overseeing operations at private city and country clubs. He holds certifications in wine and spirits from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET). He is a frequent contributor to Bar Business and Nightclub & Bar Magazine, of which he is also a member of the advisory board. He is a regular presenter at the New York Bar Show and the Nightclub & Bar Convention and Trade Show.
