Bio

Gary Welling teaches baking & pastry arts at JWU’s Providence Campus.

For nearly a decade, he served as the department chair of JWU’s International Baking & Pastry Institute. He also contributed content, formulae and photography to two culinary textbooks published by the university, “Culinary Essentials” (2010, Glencoe/McGraw Hill) and “Baking & Pastry Fundamentals” (2009, Pearson/Prentice Hall).
