Raised in Attleboro Mass. Chef Dion attended Attleboro High school and was in the first Culinary Arts Graduating class in 1975.
Traveling and cooking at Antarctica's US- South Pole and Palmer stations
I once traveled around the world in 23 days evaluating foodservice on military sealift ships (MSC)
