About Robert

Chef Robert Epskamp joined the faculty of JWU in fall 2004. Chef Epskamp earned his bachelor’s degree from George Mason University and his associate degree in Culinary Arts from Kendall College. He worked at many prominent Chicago establishments and later joined the faculty of his alma mater, Kendall College.
