Biography
Denise DeJesus graduated with a B.S. in Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University in North Miami, FL. Later, she pursued a M.S. in Hospitality Management from Florida International University in North Miami, FL. With her expertise in foodservice and hospitality, De Jesus worked in the pastry departments of luxury hotels such as Four Seasons, St. Regis and Faena, where she specialized in providing exceptional guest services. In 2023, De Jesus joined JWU’s Charlotte campus as an assistant professor in the College of Food Innovation & Technology.
