Biography
Denise De Jesus ’14 graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University in North Miami, FL. Later, she pursued a Master of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University in North Miami, FL. With her expertise in food service and hospitality, De Jesus worked in the pastry departments of luxury hotels such as Four Seasons, St. Regis and Faena, where she specialized in providing exceptional guest services. In 2023, De Jesus became an assistant professor in the College of Food Innovation & Technology at Johnson & Wales University Charlotte.
