Biography
Before becoming a JWU Culinary Instructor, Vincent Sperling gained many facets of kitchen experiences. From an internship in Florence Italy, to Garde Manger and Poissonnier in NY, he also ran the company Food Truck. When he decided to move on to Austin, TX, he gained more experience as ‘PM Pasta Chef’, at “North Italia”. At Juniper in Austin, TX, Sperling was hired as ‘Executive Sous Chef’, working under Michelin and James Beard award winning chefs, Claudia Flemming and Gerald Hayden.
