Biography

Chef Laird is originally from Upstate New York, where she began her pastry career while still in high school. Following graduation, she pursued her passion for baking and pastry at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, earning an Associate’s degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. She then continued her education at Niagara University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Entrepreneurship.
Shortly after completing her studies, Chef Laird headed to the West Coast, where she began working in Michelin-recognized restaurants. Immersing herself in demanding culinary environments, she gained invaluable experience and continued to refine her skills as a pastry professional. After several years of expanding her knowledge and experience on the West Coast, she eventually made her way back to the East Coast, bringing with her a diverse culinary background and a renewed passion for the craft.
