Chef Kalish is a Charlotte, North Carolina-based culinary professional with 35 years of experience the hospitality industry, spanning both restaurants and clubs. Throughout his career he has built a reputation for leadership, development, operational excellence, with a strong commitment to quality and hospitality. A passionate mentor, Chef Kalish has long focused on developing people, helping culinary professionals build their skills, confidence and careers. He now brings that experience into the classroom at Johnson & Wales University where he is dedicated to educating, mentoring and preparing the next generation of hospitality professionals.
