Biography

Rodney Hanson brings more than two decades of accounting and finance experience, along with over ten years in various educational roles. His professional background includes roles with global organizations such as State Street Bank and Vanguard, where he gained firsthand insight into how industry leaders navigate complex and highly competitive markets. He has also worked with smaller accounting organizations, providing valuable perspectives on entrepreneurial challenges, client relationships, and the importance of strong community connections. Rodney is passionate about helping students connect accounting concepts to real-world business applications and looks forward to bringing these experiences into the classroom at Johnson & Wales University.
