Kerri Rush, M.S., RDN, LDN, CDOE, CVDOE, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who received her Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island. She has a varied clinical experience working in areas of acute care, critical care, outpatient nutrition, and long term care. Prior to Johnson and Wales, her previous teaching experience included working as a Clinical Instructor for URI's Dietetic Internship and as faculty in nutrition for Brown University's Family Medicine Residency.

In addition to being a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Rush is certified as an Diabetes Outpatient Educator (CDOE) and Cardiovascular Disease Outpatient Educator (CVDOE).

The Dietetics and Applied Nutrition (DiAN) program at JWU is unlike any other didactic program in dietetics. DiAN students take courses in nutrition and foundational sciences and are able to enhance their skillset with a unique culinary arts education. Our graduates truly understand the connection between nutrition science and food and are the future of the dietetics profession.
