Auxiliary Services manages services across the university that support and enhance the college experience, including dining, vending, bookstore operations and more.

What We Do

Auxiliary Services manages non-academic operations that are essential to daily campus life. We provide quality campus services designed to support the everyday needs of our students, staff, faculty and guests. By fostering an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative environment with other departments, we enhance the overall university experience while driving external revenues to invest back into JWU.

Catering & Events

JWU Providence offers on-premises and off-site catering services for events of all sizes, as well as event space rentals. JWU Charlotte has a variety of spaces that run the gamut from Hance Auditorium and the University Events Center (UEC), which can accommodate roughly 150+ guests, to presentation rooms for smaller groups.
