JWU Global

At JWU, we support you from the moment you discover JWU — through the application process, your years as a student, graduation and as a lifelong alum. Whether you’re pursuing a full four-year degree, joining us as an exchange student or spending a semester with us through study abroad, you’re part of the JWU Global community — and we’re beside you every step of the way.

More Than an Education.
A Home Away from Home.

As a JWU Global student, you’ll grow academically, personally and professionally by connecting with people, ideas and cultures from around the world.

JWU Global is a unified hub dedicated to supporting international students throughout their entire JWU journey, bringing international admissions and international student services together into one team so you always know where to turn. Our Global Citizen Program pairs you with current students to help you build friendships within our diverse, welcoming community from day one.

English as a Second Language

Our English as a Second Language (ESL) program is open to international undergraduate and graduate students at the Providence Campus. You’ll build listening, speaking, reading and writing skills inside and outside the classroom to become proficient in English.

Don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone. As an international student, it can be hard at first to become acclimated to new cultures, but take the opportunity. JWU has so many opportunities and communities that allow you to grow personally and professionally.”
