Director of International Admissions & Student Services
Wesley has over 20 years of experience in public and private institutions, specializing in immigration compliance, international enrollment management and student and scholar services.
Joanne Gilbert (joanne.gilbert@jwu.edu)
Assistant Director of International Student Services
Joanne advises all F-1 international students, including those pursuing Optional Practical Training (OPT) and STEM OPT, and provides guidance on immigration policy and cultural adjustment.

International Admissions Officer
Dean holds a Sociology degree from Saint Anselm College and works with prospective students from their first outreach abroad through orientation on campus.

International Admissions Officer
Corinne holds a bachelor’s in English with a TESL minor from UNC Charlotte and a master’s in Educational Leadership from the University of Missouri, and supports students through admissions and early academic planning.

Erika has over 20 years of experience in higher education and is the primary point of contact for international students at the Charlotte Campus, supporting the I-20 process and enrollment steps.
