Harborside Village was specifically designed with our upper-class students in mind. Offering an elevated level of independence with apartment-style living, students also benefit from community-building opportunities with Residential Life staff. This community includes 12 individual buildings, each with 3 floors. You can get to know your neighbors easily and it’s not uncommon for students to gather in apartments for a game night, potluck dinner or to hang out. If you’re looking for more connection, visit the Community Building, where students gather to play pool, host movie nights and so much more.

Room Types & Pricing
The Village is made up of 12 buildings, with each building having 12 apartments total, spread over three floors. Each apartment houses four students in single-occupancy, private bedrooms. The apartments also have two full bathrooms, a kitchen, and a common/living area shared between all four students.
$16,000 per academic year.
Prices are subject to change.
Private spaces in each bedroom come furnished with:
- One full-size bed
- One dresser
- One desk and desk chair
- One closet
Shared spaces in each apartment come furnished with:
- One kitchen table
- Four kitchen chairs
- Lounge furniture in the living room
Bathroom Type: Private
Two bathrooms in each apartment are shared between all four students.

Buildings E, F & L offer pet-friendly housing options.
Wildcat Wheels
Harborside Village students use the centrally located Wildcat Wheels Bus Stop located in front of the Wildcat Center, just a short walk from the Village.
