A passionate educator for culinary arts, and a fanatic about sports nutrition, fitness and wellness, Adam Sacks has inspired audiences ranging from professional athletes to food service industry professionals to get excited about cooking and eating healthfully.

In 2008, Sacks was appointed the Executive Chef for the 2008 Olympic Track and Field Training Camp for the Beijing Olympics.

Most recently, Sacks, along with students from his vegetarian cuisine class, made history in the Guinness Book of World Records by creating the world’s heaviest vegan banana split.

Since 2016, Sacks has served as a board member on the No Kid Hungry Colorado Leadership Council, an advisory board to Share Our Strength Colorado Cooking Matters.
