The Office of student activities will handle reserving space for all club events on campus. Available space depends on location and how early you request the space.

Clubs, fill out the Program Request form (102K PDF) found in Forms and submit to Matthew Sharp in the Office of Student Activities.
Policies and what is authorized vary per location. Sponsor should inquire about these differences during request. We are also here to help you decide what space might be best for you incase you are unable to not decide. University policies apply for all club sponsored events.
