Any rosters turned in to staff other than RECREATIONAL SERVICES in the RECREATIONAL SERVICES OFFICE during OFFICE HOURS will not be considered. Flyers, blank roster forms, meeting times and other information will be posted at all times. However, any OFFICE PROCEDURES (defaults, requests for postponements, team entries) MUST BE PERFORMED DURING THE OFFICE HOURS WITH A RECREATIONAL SERVICES STAFF MEMBER.
