New Group Fitness Schedule - All classes are free of charge!!
All classes are located at the Gateway Center YMCA.
These classes are open only to Johnson & Wales Students
Classes begin on Tuesday March 4th.
Each class is scheduled for one hour.
Group Fitness classes are available at the Gateway YMCA Mon-Thurs
Monday 4:30pm Cycle Piyo: 30/30 Learn all the techniques of studio cycle and get a great workout for 30minutes. Then enjoy piyo, a combination of pilates and yoga focused on strength training, core and improving your flexibility.
Monday 7pm Funk Fusion/Kickboxing: This is a great cardio vascular workout. A combination of hip hop and kickboxing combinations
Tuesday 7pm Total Athletic Conditioning: Work through a variety of conditioning drills to improve speed, agility and balance.
Wednesday 7pm Power Yoga: A vigorous yoga practice that challenges you physically and mentally promotes longer muscles, improves posture and increases core strength.
Thursday 5pm Sculpt: A traditional group strength training class using free weights, resistance bands and stability balls to strengthen, lengthen and tone!
