Bio

As a member of the college leadership team, my role is to lead a dynamic group of educators whose purpose is to provide our students with an exceptional educational experience. As a graduate of Northeastern University (14' Ed.D), and Johnson & Wales University (04' MAT, 00' BA), I understand the enormous responsibility education and our educational institution plays in the lives of our students and our graduates. As an employee of the institution for nearly 16 years I find it personally and professionally rewarding to work with the caliber of faculty the institution employs as well as our students, who are the next generation of leaders in the culinary industry. I bring with me to the institution over 15 years of experience working in the culinary field, as well as 8 years service to our country as a US Marine. My daily goal is to help my students discover as much passion for the foodservice industry as I myself have for it. I also wish to help them discover their intrinsic motivation and passion for higher education that leads to lifelong learning as well as personal and professional growth within the foodservice industry.
