Whether you're a novice or a serious amateur (or somewhere in between), JWU’s Chef’s Choice classes offer something for everyone. Our hands-on cooking classes are taught by professional chef-instructors in our modern facilities.
Classes are open to the public, and appeal to all culinary skill levels and age groups.

Culinary Summer Camp for Kids & Teens (sold out)Spark a lifelong interest in cooking with our Chef’s Choice Summer Camp (500K PDF) for kids and teens. Designed for ages 10-17, these 5-hour classes combine education, skill development, demonstrations and hands-on cooking. Choose from two tracks: Baking & Pastry Arts or Culinary Arts.
