There are over 1450 students currently enrolled at the Denver Campus.
Located on a beautiful, 26-acre campus nestled in one of Denver's
most historic neighborhoods, we offer students the opportunity to
live and study in one of the most dynamic and beautiful cities in
the world. With the majestic Rocky Mountains as a backdrop, our
students develop professional and life skills on a campus that has been home to students
for over one hundred years — yet they learn and study in state-of-the-art
business and culinary facilities that are unrivaled in the western
