fitness center hours: Mon-Thu 9am-9pm, Fri-Sun 12-6pm
The newly renovated 2200 sq ft fitness center is located in Biscayne Commons. The center is equipped with cardio machines, free weights, universal machines, treadmills, etc. and is open seven days a week. All students, faculty and staff must present a valid ID to enter the gym.

fitness classes the Studio, also located in Biscayne Commons, is home to all Campus Fitness Classes. A variety of classes are offered including yoga, Pilates, Kick Boxing and Salsa and are designed to improve cardiovascular health, muscular strength and flexibility. Classes are open to all levels. Schedules are available in the Recreation Center & Fitness Center. Print the schedule.

the cage hours: 8am-10pm
The North Court, affectionately known as "The Cage", is a basketball court located on the 5th floor of the North Parking garage. Campus Recreation uses this court for intramural basketball and the annual March Madness Basketball Tournament.

the beach a sand volleyball court located outside the Rec. Center. Campus Recreation hosts both volleyball tournaments and leagues throughout the year.

student recreation center hours: Mon-Thu 8:30am-9:30pm, Fri-Sun 12-6pm
The Rec. Center is a place to hang out, watch TV, play pool, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, video games, cards, board games, etc. Student Activities and Campus Recreation host numerous events here. They include Comedy Nights, Billiards and Ping Pong Tournaments, dance parties, game shows and many other special events.

Recreation equipment for most sports can be obtained in the Rec. Center with your valid JWU Student ID.

miami country day school is used for men's basketball home games.
Directions: I-95 to the 103rd Street exit. Go east on 103rd to NE 6th Avenue. Make a left on NE 6th. Follow NE 6th to NE 107th Street and make a right onto 107th. Gym is directly on your left hand side.

Fan vans are available for all home games and leave Flamingo Hall starting 1 hour prior to tip off and shuttle throughout the entire game.
