Every day, human resources (HR) professionals make decisions about an organization’s workforce to help ensure viability and competitiveness.
Since training, compensation and other areas pertinent to managing employees are all within their expertise, these HR professionals are in high demand. In fact, the Bureau of Labor Statistics predicts human resource specialist jobs will grow 6% through 2032, which is faster than average job growth for all professions. Human resource manager jobs are expected to grow 5% in the same time frame — also faster than average growth.
In JWU’s 4-year bachelor of science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) in Human Resource Management program, you’ll study business administration and human resource management, enhancing your education and preparing for a career in both fields. Faculty with human resource experience will teach you a curriculum designed with industry-relevant guidelines from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
