Schellie Andrews

Schellie Andrews, a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Hospitality from American InterContinental University, Schaumburg, IL in 2012. In 2016, she earned a master’s degree in Business Administration and Hospitality from Johnson & Wales University Providence. Chef Andrews joined the faculty at Johnson & Wales University Charlotte in 2016 after teaching eight years on the Johnson & Wales University North Miami Campus.
She has worked in the hospitality industry for 35 years, first as a professional pastry chef for 20 years and then as a pastry chef instructor for the last 15 years.
