Prior to teaching at JWU, Broderick's background comprised 36 years in management, operations, training, human resources, manager training and employee development, in both the restaurant industry and a dry-cleaning business.
She utilizes her acquired knowledge from a B.S. in Social Work, an MBA with concentrations in Health Care and Human Resources Management, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, in conjunction with her real-life examples from industry, when demonstrating concepts and engaging students in the classroom.
