I owned and operated a retail bakery in Providence, Rhode Island for over 20 years. Specializing in specialty cakes and pastries. I also owned a wedding cake business for10 plus years .
I teach most of the classes here at Johnson & Wales, wedding cakes, cakes cookies, pies, plated desserts and both bread labs.
