Before joining the team at Johnson & Wales, John was as a Sous Chef at Windows on the World, NY Responsible for overall restaurant service as well as Chef Garde Manger and 106 Floor ballroom.
His extensive Garde Mange experience started at area golf resorts in CT. and working with the Canteen Corp. feeding over 1000 meals a day.
